# Hands-first Interaction

The Meta VR Start Developer Competition requires the core experience to be fully usable **without pairing a physical controller**.

The project is designed around pointing, hand selection, inspection and explicit confirmation. It aims to support an understandable experience while seated, with a quick start, easy exit and satisfying session within approximately ten minutes.

## Intended interaction cycle

1. Open a mission with hands or supported look-and-select controls.
2. Inspect what an AI agent proposes.
3. Review an authorization request if one is required.
4. Approve, deny or cancel using a visible interaction.
5. Inspect the outcome and its evidence status.

## Proof is environment-specific

| Test environment | What it can demonstrate |
| ---------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Software interaction monitor | Browser/phone interaction patterns and simulated states |
| Supported XR simulator | XR spatial behavior under the simulator's capabilities |
| Real Quest hardware | Physical device input and runtime behavior when tested |
| Governed execution verifier | Whether a real authorized operation and its evidence are valid |

**Current boundary:** Implemented interaction code and build evidence are not, by themselves, proof of full hands-first runtime usability on Quest. That final acceptance is still open in the latest reviewed project records.
